• Scale annual turnover to ₹10 Cr in 3 years via 20% export growth (Middle East, SE Asia)

• Launch dedicated B2B e-commerce site for custom orders and digital catalogs by 2027.

Innovation Roadmap

• Introduce smart safety shoes with embedded sensors for hazard alerts by 2028.

• Develop 100% eco-leather/PU recyclable lines meeting global green standards.

Infrastructure Upgrades

• Add 50% factory capacity with solar power and zero-waste systems in Agra.

• Open 3 regional warehouses for faster PAN-India delivery to construction/manufacturing hubs.

Community & CSR

• Train 200 Agra artisans annually; aim for full ISO 14001 environmental certification by 2029.
