Relex Footcare's creative team, led by our in-house designers and R&D specialists, drives product innovation and branding for safety shoes from our Agra factory. With 65+ years of expertise, the team blends traditional leather craftsmanship with modern aesthetics to create functional, stylish footwear.

Key Team Members & Roles

• Mohammad Babar (CEO / Creative Overseer): Guides overall design vision, ensuring safety features like steel toes and PU soles align with market needs.

• Qualified Design Engineers (3-5 members): Develop prototypes for new models (e.g., derby safety shoes, PVC gumboots) using CAD software and IS/EN standards testing.
• Artisans & Pattern Makers (10+): Cfti and Fddi Skilled Agra craftsmen handle leather cutting, stitching patterns, and custom molds for unique sole designs.
